Most investors are very confident that each of the securities they purchase will increase in value. However, if a stock goes down, it is urgent that you protect your investment. When opening your account with us, you will establish your "Risk Factor".
Your Risk Factor is a percentage (%) that represents the maximum amount that you would be willing to risk on any one individual trade.
Understand that the percentage you choose will apply on an individual basis to each trade that you make in your account. It DOES NOT represent a percentage risk of your entire portfolio. And you will NOT have the capability to establish a different Risk Factor for each trade. If you would like to make adjustments, you can change your Risk Factor on the first day of each month.
We will monitor each position in your portfolio. Should any investment in your account ever close at or below your established Risk Factor,
we will automatically sell the investment for you. Should your positions increase in value,
your Risk Factor will trail the higher price in order to protect your profits.

With your Trailing Price Stop Investment Account, you are free to purchase any security you choose - in any quantity you choose. You will now have the freedom to invest your money with the expectation of gains, but with protection from catastrophic losses.
Be assured that you will be immediately notified anytime we sell a position for you.
We use our proprietary software to monitor your portfolio and automatically alert us to any necessary action. You can check the status of your account at anytime with our secure online login. And again, you are free to sell any position you choose at anytime you choose - even if that position has not violated your Risk Factor.
