Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Wall Street MoneyCenter?
The Wall Street MoneyCenter includes three separate organizations under common ownership.
The Wall Street Money Center Corp., member NASD, SIPC, is a full service broker dealer firm
offering discount brokerage services and is the facilitator of trades. The Wall Street Money Letter Corp.
offers proprietary investment research. (3) The Wall Street Money Management Group Inc. is a registered
Investment Advisor with the Securities Exchange Commission for more than 30 years and manages millions
of dollars in assets for clients over several states.
Can I transfer my existing investment account to you?
Absolutely. Your current brokerage account can be transferred to The
Wall Street MoneyCenter Corp. very quickly. Simply click here.
Can I transfer only a portion of my existing investment account to you?
Yes. When you transfer your account, you can specify the exact amount
of your current portfolio you wish to transfer to us. Simply click here.
How does your system work?
Simple. Open a new investment account with us, or transfer your existing account to us. Your account will be called a
Trailing Price Stop Investment Account. You will always have full control
of your assets at all times. Your funds are completely liquid.
You decide which stocks you want to purchase. You will
simply tell us your Risk Factor - the
percentage that represents your acceptable risk on any individual trade. We will monitor each individual position in your
account using our proprietary software. If any investment in your account closes at
or below your Risk Factor, we will automatically sell the investment for you on the next
trading day at the best available price. Your Risk Factor always trails the
highest price that each of your positions achieves under your ownership - maximizing your profits and minimizing
any potential loss. And be aware that you can sell any investment in your portfolio
at any time you choose - even if that particular investment has not violated your
Risk Factor. If you are ready to open your account, click here.
How much does all of this cost?
That's the good news. The cost is very economical.
We will activate and monitor your account for a one time $100.00 administrative fee.
The only other costs you will incur are the normal trading fees associated
with buying and selling securities. For an overview of those fees,

What is my 'Risk Factor'?
Your Risk Factor is a percentage (%) that you choose
as your acceptable risk on any individual trade. You can choose
any percentage that suits your risk tolerance. Understand that the percentage
you choose will apply on an individual basis to each trade that
you make in your account. It DOES NOT represent a percentage risk
of your entire portfolio. And you will NOT have the capability to establish
a different Risk Factor for each trade. If you would like to make adjustments,
you can change your Risk Factor on the first day of each month at no additional
cost.
What is a 'Trailing Price Stop'?
We define a Trailing Price Stop as a "stop order" to sell a security
if it decreases in value and closes by a pre-selected percentage (also known as your
Risk Factor). The strategy operates on a Closing Basis only - meaning
the stock must close at or below your Risk Factor before any action
is taken. The advantage of using this technique is that the order "trails" the price
of each investment whether the value increases or decreases - allowing for
maximum profit potential while preventing monumental losses.
Why not simply use a stop order?
A stop order is an order to buy or sell a stock immediately whenever the price of the stock reaches a specified point.
This method can be effective, but is vulnerable to the effects of intraday market volatility. For instance,
assume that a security falls (or rises) to a certain price, and a stop order is executed. The investment
could exceed that price later in the same trading session. The investor will have lost potential profits. Stop orders can also result in sometimes unnecessary
brokerage fees. Using a Trailing Price Stop
allows you to invest with the expectation of gains while avoiding the
emotional ups and downs of daily markets.
Can I purchase any stock that I choose?
Yes. Be assured that your account is completely under your control.
At any time, you can purchase any tradable security in any quantity that you choose.
We are not authorized to add to your account without your consent.
If you desire, we can offer you access to our proprietary research, and
we can also provide you with superior money management services - giving you
detailed guidance on which investments to purchase. However, we never adjust your
account without your consent. To sample our research

Can I sell a position at anytime?
Yes. You can sell any position in your portfolio at anytime during
regular business hours - even if that position has not violated your Risk Factor.
What if the value of my positions increase?
Excellent. And we trust that they will. If the value of any position in your account
increases, no action is taken. Be aware that your Risk Factor does not change
if the value of a position increases. However, to your advantage, your Risk Factor
trails that higher price in order to protect your profit.
What happens if one of my positions violates my 'Risk Factor'?
If any investment in your account ever closes at or below your established Risk Factor,
we will automatically sell the investment for you on the next trading day at the best
available price. This trade may result in a profit if the security was purchased at a lower price. Or you may
have sustained a small manageable loss, and you can continue to invest at your discretion.
We will notify you immediately of any action we take on your behalf.
What if one of my positions closes significantly lower than my 'Risk Factor'?
Investing inherently involves risk. It is possible that you could lose more than
your chosen Risk Factor on any individual trade. If one of your trades closes
at a value well below your Risk Factor, we will sell the position for you the next
trading day at the best available price. Sound research before you invest will
prevent this type of unexpected volatility. Be aware that many factors can fuel the market,
and every investment reacts differently to market dynamics.
Do you provide investment research?
Absolutely. The Wall Street MoneyCenter can provide you with access
to exclusive, proprietary investment research offered through the Wall Street Money Letter.
Their investment newsletters and market commentaries are diverse and designed to
suit your specific investment style. To sample our research

to successfully manage assets for countless individuals across the United States.
We can give you specific and detailed guidance on which investments would best suit your objectives.
